Notices
-
The original files are not deleted by SOFiE.
-
When the emission process is interrupted, SOFiE does not fulfill a rollback, meaning
files that are marked as sent have arrived at Sofie's cenral server. Files that are encrypted are in the
"Encrypted" directory.
-
The files that have been treated with an error are put into the "Error" directory of your
participant Id.
-
The files that result only from an encryption process, are stored in the "Crytped" Directory.
-
All processed files (the original version) are stored in the "Archive\To_crypt" directory.
-
All sent files are stored in the "Archive\To_send" directory.
-
If you need your report, use the possibilities of the printer.
-
When a file is encrypted it is renamed accordingly to the SOFiE rules. The standard is
SOFIE.<timestamp>.<Id_destinator>.
-
As a user you need to know the receiver of your file in terms of "who will have access to the
content of the file".
If you are a SOFiE-Crypt user and work in a standalone installation, you don't have to concern
with the intermediary user who exists between you and your recipient ( Routing concept ).

Please have a look at the SOFIE_HOME folder description.
