FisEp

The FisEp package has been integrated to SOFiE to allow Paying Agents to conform to the Luxembourg law on savings tax.
The SOFiE tool is accepted by the Luxembourg Tax Administration to allow Paying Agents send them files in the context of the mentioned law.
Six-Payment-Services added to the basic file exchange functionality of SOFiE a specific user interface that allows Paying Agents to manage their declarations (concerned by this law) using SOFiE.
This particular user-interface is only accessible to SOFiE-participants having subscribed to the FisEp-Saisie package.

The Fisep Editor

  1. Open the Fisep Editor by the SOFiE GUI (click on "Tools->FISEP" menu):


  2. Click on to edit a new Paying Agent file.


  3. Then next screen appears. Mandatory fields are preceded with a *


  4. Click on the - Button to save and validate this sheet. You can save it as the default template by clicking on .

  5. If the entered information is correct when you push the button the following screen appears.


  6. Click on to go to continue. Click on the button on the "BENEFICIAL OWNERS and their interest payments" frame. The following sheet appears.



    You must fill at least all mandatory fields with the corresponding data. You can navigate through the different sheets by using and  buttons.

  7. Then click on to continue. Click on the button on the "RESIDUAL ENTITIES and their interest payments" frame. The following screen appears.

    You must again fill at least the mandatory fields to continue.



    Click on to validate the data entred and to save the file. Then click on to continue.

  8. Save the file as XML

    You must save the generated files by using the menu "Save" or "Save as..."



    Then give a name to your file and the extension ".xml" (i.e. fisc.xml)


  9. Save file in Fisc39 - format

    Use the menu "Save as Fisc39" to save the file in the format recognized by sofie and ready to be crypted and send.



    The following window appears:



    The file has already the correct name. Click on "Save" button.
