Receive

1. Click on the menu "Processing->Receipt->Receive"
   
   
   
   Start the receipt by pushing on the button
   
   
2. After starting the receipt process, the receipt follow-up screen is displayed:
   
   
   • When files are ready to be received, their are displayed with their respective processing status:
     
      
   
   
   • In progress :the file is about to be processed
   • Received :the file has been received
   • Decrypted :the file has been decrypted
   • Error: an error occured during the processing
   
   
   • When there is no to receive, the following screen is displayed:
     
     


3. After a sucessfull decryption, files sent to you are stored as following (default configuration):
   
   
   • "Decrypted\Production": files sent in production context are stored here
   • "Decrypted\Test": files sent in test context are stored here

   Notice:
   The context mode (Test/Production) can only be specified by the sender of the file.

   If the decryption fails, the file in error is stored in crypted format under "Error\to_decrypt".
   For each file in error, a separate error log is made in the same folder. The log has the same basename than the file in error.
   Later, when you have solved the cause of the decryption's error, you can try to decrypt the file again:
   
   
   • If you use the GUI mode, just select manually the error file through run the decryption functionality .
   • If you use the batch mode, copy manually the error file in your received folder then run the batch.


4. When the processing of all files is complete, click on print button to print a summary of the processing:
   
   
   
   Print out the report immediately, you will not have the opportunity to request a print of the report later!

Notice

• When a file is decrypted it is renamed accordingly to the SOFiE rules. The standard is <SOFIE>.<timestamp>.<Destinator_ID>. Refer to the documentation of packages for details
