FISEP Packages/Subscription
To subscribe to the FiSEp package you need to download the SOFiE contract form on www.sofie.lu.
On the web page, click on SOFiE menu and follow the link "Contrats'.
Two FiSEp packages can be subscribed:

FisEp Basic: Allow you only to exchange data reports with the Tax Administration

FisEp Saisie: Allow you to create/edit data reports for the Tax Administration through the FisEp editor.
If you select this package, you need also to select the FisEp Basic one.
The amount of information you have to enter in the SOFiE contract differs if you are a new SOFiE user or an existing one.
Once you have completed the form, send it to Six-Payment-Services.
Subscription for New SOFiE User
You need to fill the following data:

Tick the box "SOFiE Business"

Don't fill the "Participant ID" field

Fill all the fields related to "Participant data","Phone data","Client data" and technical informations"

Tick the package "FisEp Basic" and fill the registration Id you received from the Tax Administration

If needed, tick the package "FisEp Saisie"
After having sent the form, you will receive soon a confirmation that your contract has been registered at Six-Payment-Services.
You will then get your envelope containing your UserId and Password.
Refer to the SOFiE User Manual for the details of the installation and configuration procedure.
Subscription for Existing SOFiE User
You need to fill the wollowing data:

Fill your existing "Participant ID"

Tick the package "FisEp Basic" and fill the registration Id you received from the Tax Administration

If needed, tick the package "FisEp Saisie"
After having sent the form, you will receive soon a confirmation that your contract has been registered at Six-Payment-Services.
The FisEp editor will be available through the SOFiE GUI next time you log on.

Remember that before subscribing to any FisEp package, you first need a registration at the Tax Administration.
You will get their Registration ID, that you have to indicate when filling the order form.

We highly recommend that you authorize the automatic update of the SOFiE tool.
In case of changes in file formats or rules, the new version is quickly at your disposal.
